I moved to America's Finest City in early 1995. San Diego is uniquely friendly and welcoming for a large city, and it has a true sense of community.

I've been a licensed real estate agent and full-time REALTOR since January of 2003, and I have helped dozens of buyers and sellers all over San Diego County. I took all of the skills I learned from years of corporate business management, sales & product development and put them to work in my own business.  My team provides an exceptional range of skills and abilities--all focused on making your transaction smooth and successful.

I hold three distinct REALTOR designations:

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)

Negotiation is a blend of using collaborative approaches to help identify and create value for all parties, and competitive approaches that help ensure I capture the value components my clients desire. My training and understanding of the dynamics of collaborative and competitive negotiation achieves better results for my clients. 

Negotiation expertise is a vital skill required for real estate transactions. Yet many, if not most real estate professionals, have had no formal training in negotiation!

Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) 

Real estate transactions are complex and stressful. Real estate is often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.

New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.
